All prices on this website are in euro.

Stock shortages

We endeavour to keep our stock up to date on the website. However, should you order an item that is out of stock we will inform you via email of your delayed delivery date. If you are unable to wait, you can cancel your order.

Delivery and returns

Froe Living is not responsible for charges associated with returns. These must be covered by the customer.

Keep proof of postage of your return. Froe Living is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. For return of large or delicate items, it is highly recommended to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.

Returned items that are damaged due to insufficient packaging will not be refunded.

Custom order items are non-refundable unless damaged or faulty.

Privacy policy

Respecting your privacy is important to us. The information we ask of you in creating a user account or placing an order, is information used to process your order. We do not store any payment information such as bank details or card numbers.

Customer information that we have access to will never be passed on to third party organisations - only what is required to process your order. All information is stored securely as required by the data protection acts 1988 and 2003.

If you have signed up to our mailing list you will regularly receive emails from us. If you no longer wish to be included, simply drop us a mail to unsubscribe; we’ll sort it asap!

We try our best to keep all information on the website up-to-date and accurate. However, we’re only human! Technicial errors, typographical mistakes, omissions and inaccuracies can happen, and we cannot be held responsible for these.

Modification of terms

We reserve the right to update and change the terms and policies related to Froe Living (including pricing and availability). Notification of any updated versions will be available on the website.
