Dispatch

We endeavour to dispatch orders within 2 working days of receiving them.

Charges

Standard delivery with Ireland and Northern Ireland for small packages costs €6. Delivery of furniture, large items and delicate pieces depends on size, weight and destination.

Standard delivery to mainland UK for small packages costs €11. Shipping of large items/big orders depends on size and weight.

Standard delivery to Europe for small packages varies between €12 to €26, depending on country. Shipping of large items/big orders depends on size and weight.

If you are curious about delivery charges related to items that fall outside of the standard small package category, please get in touch with us at delivery@froeliving.com and we can provide specific pricing.

Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Courier delivered items within Ireland

Furniture, large items and delicate pieces are delivered by courier. These items will be delivered Monday to Saturday, between 8am and 8pm. All orders delivered via courier must be signed for at destination. Please ensure your contact details are included in your account; these will be used for arranging your delivery. The courier will contact you on delivery day with a time window for delivering your order. Re-directing orders will incur an additional fee.
