RETURNS
We understand that sometimes things just don’t suit or look like we’d hoped. For that reason, most of our items can be returned!
Custom order items are non-refundable unless damaged or faulty.
Return procedure
If you are returning an item, please contact us via email at returns@froeliving.com within one week of receiving your order, to inform us of the return and arrange the return process.
Items must be returned in original packaging, unused, and basically in the same condition they left us in. Otherwise they cannot be accepted for return.
Once we receive your returned item, you will receive email notification. The item amount will then be credited to your original method of payment.
Damaged items
If your order arrives and is damaged or broken please contact us via email at returns@froeliving.com within 24 hours so that a replacement can be arranged.
